Mana'olana means Hope in Hawaiian. This is one of four wall hangings that I will be sending to Md Anderson Cancer Center for their biennial quilt auction (auction information). The design is by Elizabeth Root of Quilts Hawaii (quiltshawaii.com) who has graciously given me permission to use her designs for these wall hangings.
