Growing up, my mom told me the purple crocus bloomed to announce my March birthday. This quilt captures the magic of a crocus pushing through spring snow, and I thank my mom for making the ordinary seem special! Started in a French Braid class at The City Quilter with instructor Emily Klainberg.
