244: Fault Lines by Jacqueline Johnson

This is a red and white healing quilt for Haiti. I was thinking of regeneration, restoration, rememory — healing. It is a pastiche of Haiti's history, mythology, social and contemporary continuum. Dedicated to the memory of over 250,000 people lost in the earthquate of Tuesday, January 12, 2010. May God quicken the spirits of the survivors and all those who come to their aid.
