203: Pray for Peace on Our Planet by Diana Berthold

Having grown up in the civil rights movement, peace, recycling, old jeans, tie dying, and remembering the first Earth Day, I felt a sense of déjà vu while creating this quilt with tie dye fabric that my daughter made and also incorporating some leftover "Ouch Dolls" she made for her Girl Scout Silver Award. She made a total of 300 dolls that she donated to three doctors' offices for children receiving their required injections to attend school. The "Peace Symbol" represents world as we pray for people and the care of our planet.
